The definition of prosperity is not clear to many people, they compare themselves with others and develop a perception. People who see others more prosperous than themselves they get the victim of inferiority complex, thus, their graph of productivity starts to decline. Similarly, when they see someone lower than themselves, they fall into the superiority complex. Both the states leads a person to the imbalance in self management. So, the solution is to compare yourself to yourself.
You are unique, no one can be like you, therefore, do not compare yourself with others. You need to focus on improving your today than yesterday. Additionally, you can evaluate your progress at the end of each day; it helps greatly in self-improvement and it a healthy self-management activity. Evaluate yourself constantly for 8 days; you will surely see an improvement in self-management.

Channelizing your thoughts and adopting the right course of action is important to improve self-management. Stress can lead you to the frustration level that you will lose your productivity and self-confidence. Do not exaggerate the things. To avoid the stress and managing it properly you can read self-development books which will make you energetic and will fill the gap in your mind. When you are in stress do not take abrupt actions. One of the effective strategies to improve self management is to write down your problems on paper. After doing so, concentrate to solve the problem effectively; think with a relaxed mind. For example – if your expenditures/necessities are more than your income then you should not worry about cutting down the number of your essential needs, rather, you should focus to find the ways to increase your income. Work on your full capacity. Keep yourself engaged in constructive tasks. However, it is not always possible to work on your 100% capacity. Therefore, to avoid monotony, take frequent breaks. Monitor your thoughts and feelings. Don’t let negative thoughts get control of your mind. Develop short-term goals (daily and weekly goals) and long-term goals (monthly and yearly goals). When you will achieve your short-term goals you will feel an inner confidence in yourself which will argue you to do more and achieve your long-term goals.
5. Develop good health habits
