If you want to make a decision or want to pick some point from multiple points then first write them on a paper then start cutting or excluding the points or thoughts, in the end, you will have the core points or thoughts that you were trying to finding.
How to Do Meditation
First of all, don’t make meditation too much formal. Just sit on a couch or sit on the floor and try to ease your muscles. Close your eyes and breathe through your nose, complete breathe-in, and complete breathe-out through your nose. Breathe normally, don’t inhale or exhale extra air, however, if you feel that you need a long breathe then take a long breath with your eyes closed if already. Now, don’t try to stop the thoughts coming at the meditation time, and don’t ignore those thoughts. Try to answer those thoughts or communicate with those thoughts at that time.
How much meditation you should do? It varies from person to person. You can do it twice or thrice a day or only one time a day. If you want to do it regularly then do it five days a week. Time duration depends on you.

There are certain benefits of meditation that you can’t avail yourself of any medicine. It’s free and there is no side effect. Not only these, but you can also experience more benefits of meditation when actually doing it.
When you meditate your body gets relaxed and meditation provides stress relief from your body cells.
Most of the time we don’t breathe properly and it has a direct effect on our stomach. When you meditate you will have proper breathing and feel calm.
Clears Unnecessary Thoughts – Helps to Reduce Overthinking
When you overthink some thoughts then some thoughts engrave them in your mind and remain there and tease you often and you can’t ignore those thoughts without thinking them. So, what you can do with those thoughts; medication? Medication might provide you relief for some hours then you have to eat again for another spell of relief. These thoughts can only be cleared if they are cleared from inside with the help of meditation. It helps to clear unnecessary thoughts in your mind.
If meditation solves partial of your problem then what you should do? You should then shift the paradigm you were in and come out of your problem/issue zone through writing the thing or circumstances you want rather than thinking the same thoughts you were in earlier; before meditation. So, you can do meditation for spiritual healing or reset and afterwards shift the paradigm for permanent solution. When there is a paradigm shift then good change or thing automates itself in you or good thing or change resides permanently in you. Paradigm can be good or bad.
For example – you were suffering from some health disorder, you did meditation and you recovered from it but still you feel uncomfortable and your mind isn’t accepting that you are out of that discomfort or depression. Unintentionally you keep thinking about that problem, problem can differ from individual to individual. Now to make aware your mind intentionally and unintentionally that you are out of that problem you need to do paradigm shift.
