1. Keep yourself busy/engaged
If you keep yourself engaged doing some constructive things, you are less likely to fall into the habit of overthinking. If you have nothing to do regarding your studies or office work, you can keep yourself busy exercising or else. You should not take a long time to take any decision, doing so will not only kill your time but also decrease your power of action. 7. Notice your thinking pattern
